Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products being custom, all sales are final.  If you have any questions about a product, please reach out by email prior to ordering.   

If there is a problem with your order, please email me within 5 days of delivery with your order number, an explanation of the problem, and images of the issue so that you can be best assisted.  After reviewing, if a refund has been approved, you will receive the refund after the item has been received back to our P.O Box.
